Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ClawSoul and clawsoul.studio. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What ClawSoul is

ClawSoul is a creative software product that helps users generate identity artifacts, personality structures, and configuration-style text for AI agents, including files such as SOUL.md and related outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the service and enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the material you submit into the ritual. You must not submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to use, or material that violates another person's rights.

4. Ownership

As between you and ClawSoul, you retain ownership of your submitted input. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the generated outputs produced for you. ClawSoul retains ownership of the product, site, workflow design, code, branding, and service architecture.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ClawSoul to:

• break the law
• harass, stalk, exploit, or impersonate others
• submit malicious code or attempt to damage the service
• scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the product beyond reasonable allowed use
• resell access to the service itself without permission

6. Paid products and digital delivery

ClawSoul may offer paid digital products, including a deeper premium identity artifact. Prices may change in the future, but the price shown at checkout is the price for that purchase. Paid products are delivered digitally.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the payment for the selected product.

8. Refunds

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

9. No guarantees

ClawSoul is a creative and generative tool. Outputs may be subjective, imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use case. ClawSoul does not guarantee that outputs are accurate, safe, legally sufficient, or fit for professional, legal, medical, employment, or high-risk decisions.

10. Use at your own judgment

You are responsible for how you use generated outputs. If you use them in a deployed agent, public system, commercial context, or sensitive workflow, that is your responsibility.

11. Service availability

ClawSoul may change, pause, or remove features at any time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClawSoul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. If liability is imposed despite this limitation, it will be limited to the amount you paid to ClawSoul for the relevant purchase, if any.

13. Termination

ClawSoul may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that threatens the product or other people.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
