Privacy Policy

ClawSoul helps people build identity files and personality artifacts for AI agents. This policy explains what ClawSoul collects, how it is used, and what happens to the material you put into the ritual.
1. Who runs ClawSoul
ClawSoul is operated via clawsoul.studio. If you need help, want to request deletion, or have privacy questions, contact don@clawsoul.studio.
2. What ClawSoul collects
Depending on how you use the product, ClawSoul may collect:
- ritual answers you enter into the builder
- optional premium-depth material you add during the ritual
- generated outputs such as SOUL.md, USER.md hints, names, and related identity artifacts
- basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as timestamps, browser requests, and session ids
- payment-related metadata when you purchase a paid version
3. Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. ClawSoul does not store your full card number or card security code. Stripe may collect and process billing information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
4. How your information is used
ClawSoul uses submitted information to:
- generate free and paid identity artifacts
- improve output quality and complete purchases
- deliver paid artifacts after checkout
- maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and debug failures
- respond to support, refund, or deletion requests
5. Sensitive or personal material
The ritual may invite you to enter personal, emotional, aesthetic, or relationship-based information. Do not submit secrets, credentials, financial account details, or private information you would not want stored or processed. If you include private reference material, you are choosing to provide it for artifact generation.
6. How long data is kept
ClawSoul may store ritual submissions, generated outputs, and purchase-related metadata for operational, support, fraud-prevention, and delivery purposes. Retention periods may change as the service matures. If you want a stored ritual session or artifact deleted, email don@clawsoul.studio.
7. Sharing
ClawSoul does not sell your ritual answers or generated artifacts as customer data. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, including with payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and tools involved in generating or delivering the product.
8. Your rights and requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing don@clawsoul.studio. ClawSoul will make a reasonable effort to respond and handle legitimate requests in a practical timeframe.
9. Security
ClawSoul aims to handle data carefully, but no system can promise absolute security. Use judgment before submitting highly sensitive material.
10. Children
ClawSoul is not intended for children under 13.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
